Voluntary disclosure

We provide assistance to companies and individuals who agree to disclose income to the Tax Authority that had not been reported as required or was not reported at all.  We accompany the client as he faces the investigations department of the Tax Authority so as to obtain a commitment from the prosecution and the tax authorities not to initiate criminal proceedings.
