Knobel, Beltzer, Soraya and Co. is a certified public accounting firm and a member of MGI, one of the largest alliances of independent auditing, accounting and consulting firms in the world, whose membership includes 280 accounting firms in 82 countries.

The firm was established in 1971 by Herzl Dunsky, CPA. Over time, the firm expanded and now numbers five partners with about 45 employees. Expanding the partnership increased both its client base and the range of services offered to its clients, old and new.

At Knobel, Beltzer, Soraya and Co. we combine expertise in accountancy –auditing financial reports and consulting on various local and international taxation issues (in part due to our association with the worldwide network of MGI firms) – with considerable experience in related fields. These fields include economic and accounting investigations, professional opinions for court cases; prospectuses for stock issues, internal auditing, work with nonprofit organizations, representing foreign investors in Israel, company valuations and purchase price allocation for goodwill and other rights.

In addition, our partners and employees have extensive experience in examining prospectuses for leading underwriters in the Israeli capital market.
As needed, we handle submission of requests, draw up performance reports, and represent our clients in dealings with various government offices, such as the Office of the Chief Scientist in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, the Investment Center, and more.
