Eyal  Beltzer specializes in auditing companies and not-for-profit organizations, accompanying and representing clients in their dealings with financial institutions, rendering controller services, business consultancy and fundraising, accompanying clients in their dealings with the tax authorities, corporate tax planning, changes in corporate structure, including obtaining pre-rulings, handling approved enterprises, rendering expert opinions for use in legal proceedings, and management of trusts relating to stock/option allotments.

Eyal holds a BA degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University and he completed supplementary courses given by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, including courses on not-for-profit organizations and societies, investigative accounting and ISOX work.
